China Sencha Green
From Zhejiang Province, plucked in spring, the leaves are steamed, dried and rolled, producing long flat emerald green leaves, that after brewing release a soft, mild and finely spicy taste in a green-yellow cup.
Sencha is a steamed Green Tea leaf from the Camellia Sinensis tea bush.
We suggest 1tsp of tea per person, with a steep time of 1-3 minutes.
